Western Areas To Be Affected By Water Supply Restrictions

ETHEKWINI NEWSFLASH

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

28 NOVEMBER 2022

Residents and businesses are informed of possible water supply restrictions in some parts of eThekwini. The restrictions are due to the second phase of a pipeline relocation by SANRAL. This is to complete the construction of the N3 highway in the vicinity of Lynfield Park. During this process, there will be some water supply to affected communities, however, consumers are urged to reduce consumption to prevent reservoirs running dry as there will be reduced incoming flows into the system.
