Tap water has started flowing in uMlazi Z and AA sections following the completion of repairs and the installation of a pump at uMlazi 4 and 5 pumpstations.

These areas experienced interruption of water supply due to a fault which has since been repaired at the pumpstation.

Water to other sections in the area is expected to be restored by the end of today.
Residents are informed that system recovery is dependent on demand patterns.
The Municipality apologises for the inconvenience caused.
