The Municipality is aware of the challenge being experienced by the public trying to reach the Water and Sanitation call centre on the toll-free number.

This is due to a technical glitch resulting from an influx of calls on the system. Our technical team is attending to the matter.

The public is urged to be patient when calling the call centres, as it may sometimes take longer due to an influx of calls. Alternatively they can use the WhatsApp number 073 1483 477 or email : Eservices@durban.gov.za
