Temporary Closure Of Wyebank And Mt Edgecombe Garden Sites

The City would like to advise residents that the Mt Edgecombe and Wyebank garden sites have been temporarily closed as both sites have reached full capacity. The Cleansing and Solid Waste Unit requests residents to use the Mariannhill and Buffelsdraai landfill sites for their garden refuse disposal in the interim.
A process to clear the closed sites is underway. A notice will be issued once the sites are cleared and re-opened for public use.
