EThekwini Municipality is pleased to announce that the e-Services system has been restored to full functionality. Users of the eThekwini App can now once again record electricity and water readings and link them to their registered accounts.
We understand the importance of reliable e-Services and appreciate the patience and understanding of our residents during the recent disruption. We encourage app users and the public to resume using e-Services and to visit any Sizakala centre should they require further assistance.
