Cleansing and Solid Waste unit (DSW) would like to inform residents that the distribution of blue garden refuse bags will resume from the second week of November 2019; credits would be passed to all affected customers for the months when stock was not delivered. 

The Unit also offers an alternative garden waste disposal option, whereby residents are permitted to dispose one bakkie load of garden refuse per week, for free at any DSW garden refuse sites.
