NOTICE OF SPECIAL FULL COUNCIL MEETING  

In terms of Section 29A(a) of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act No. 117 of 1998, as amended, the public is hereby notified of the special meeting of the eThekwini Municipal Council on Thursday, 13 November 2025.

The meeting will be held at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre, 45 Bram Fischer Road, Durban.  

The meeting will be streamed live on the Municipality’s social media accounts (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube).  

The media is invited to attend and cover the Council meeting as follows:
