The Mount Edgecombe Garden Site has been temporarily closed due to a factory burning in the Cornubia precinct. Residents and contractors are urged to utilise other disposal facilities.
The following sites can be utilised by contractors namely, Bisasar Road Landfill Site (garden waste only) and Buffelsdraai Landfill Site. Residents can dispose of garden waste at the Malacca Road and Phoenix Garden Refuse sites.
A notice will be issued once the Mount Edgecombe Garden Site is reopened.
