MEDIA ACCREDITATION OPEN FOR THE 14TH DURBAN FASHION FAIR

EThekwini Municipality invites the media to cover the 14th edition of the Durban Fashion Fair (DFF), taking place from 17 to 19 September 2025 at the Durban Exhibition Centre under the theme: “The Awakening.”

This prestigious showcase will feature over 60 designers, including graduates from the Class of 2025 DFF mentees, and will conclude with the runway debut of Somizi Mhlongo’s Sompire Femme collection on 19 September 2025.

Media are encouraged to highlight designers contributing to local job creation and fashion innovation. Shows run from 6pm to 9pm. There will also be a pop-up shop on-site selling ready-to-wear collections. This is to encourage buying local.

The deadline to RSVP closes on *Monday, 15 September 2025*. The media is urged to RSVP timeously to ensure accreditation.

Dates: 17 to 19 September 2025

Time: First show commences at 6pm, with the last show starting at 9pm
