MAYOR XABA TO HOST 4TH MAYORAL CUSTOMER SERVICE LECTURE

EThekwini Mayor Councillor Cyril Xaba will tomorrow, 14 November, host the 4th annual Mayoral Customer Service Lecture, a key platform for strategic engagement between the City, academia, business, and civil society.

The lecture brings together a diverse range of experts to discuss service delivery and customer service within eThekwini. 

It aims to enhance capacity building, promote excellence in service delivery, and foster a culture of best practice in customer care across the Municipality.

In line with the themes of previous lectures, this year’s session reinforces the importance of listening to residents and responding promptly and effectively to their needs.
