MAYOR XABA TO BRIEF MEDIA ON STRATEGIC MUNICIPAL PROGRAMMES
EThekwini Municipality Mayor, Councillor Cyril Xaba, will host a media briefing on Sunday, 2 November, to provide critical updates on key Municipal interventions aimed at improving service delivery and the lives of residents.
The briefing will cover:
• Reinstatement of the Special Debt Relief Programme – supporting residents facing financial hardship.
• Rollout of the Electricity and Water Meter Programme – enhancing infrastructure efficiency and accountability.
• Progress on the Sakhithemba Homeless Shelter in Illovu – a vital initiative to support vulnerable communities.
