EThekwini Mayor Councillor Mxolisi Kaunda will tomorrow, 12 April be visiting areas that have been affected by flooding and heavy rains in the Municipality.
Two people are reported to have died in KwaMashu’s Ward 47 and Umlazi’s Ward 87 due to the inclement conditions.
