Mayor Kaunda to Lead Delegation to Meet His Majesty King Zwelithini

EThekwini Municipality Mayor Councillor Mxolisi Kaunda will tomorrow, Tuesday, 14 January, lead a delegation of Members of the Executive Committee to meet with His Majesty, King Goodwill Zwelithini in KwaNongoma.

The visit to the Royal Palace is aimed at formally introducing to His Majesty the new leadership of eThekwini Municipality that was affirmed in September last year and to strengthen the existing relationship between the Municipality and the Royal House .

Members of the media are invited to come and cover the visit to the Royal Family.

Venue: Osuthu Royal Palace – KwaNongoma

Transport for media who will covering the visit is available and will depart from the Durban City Hall Car Park at 07h00 am sharp. Members of the media are requested to keep time.
