ETHEKWINI Mayor Councillor Mxolisi Kaunda will brief the media this afternoon on the water rationing which will be implemented as from Monday next week.
The rationing is a result of water infrastructure damage that was caused by the recent floods which led to reduced water supply from the Durban Heights Water Treatment Plant.
