It’s All Systems Go For EThekwini Games Finale

The eThekwini Games grand finale takes place this weekend on 3 and 4 September in the south of Durban. Various sporting codes will be played at several venues in uMlazi.
The eThekwini Games, which were initiated in 2017, intend to create an enabling environment to promote wellbeing and inclusivity of communities through sport and recreation.
The Games start at a ward level, providing a platform for talent to be identified and to create opportunities for eThekwini youth.
The public is encouraged to support the different sporting codes being played. The games serve as a pre event to select a squad that will be trained and will participate in the South African Local Government Association (SALGA) Games.
Members of the media are cordially invited to attend the eThekwini Games scheduled as follows:
DATE: Saturday and Sunday, 3 and 4 September 2022
VENUE: Various venues in uMlazi (List is attached).
