Interruption Of Water Supply on The Northdene Reservior

Residents and businesses are informed of an interruption to water supply due to urgent repairs to replace a defective non-return valve in a break pressure tank on the pumping main from the Northdene Water Pump Station.
The repairs will start today at 11am and are expected to be complete this evening at 7pm.
During this process, reservoir outlets will be shut as a precautionary measure to preserve water and prevent longer system recovery should the urgent repairs be protracted.
