The proceedings of the Full Council meeting scheduled to take place today, 29 July was adjourned by the Speaker, Councillor Wesiwe Thusi after a quorum was not met within the required timeframe. The adjournment was called in keeping with the regulations of the Rules of

 

Order By-Law, 2014 as amended by Municipal Notice No.3 of 2018, Item 10 (3) of the Rule of Order.

 

The Council meeting is expected to reconvene within seven working days as stipulated by the order.
