Media colleagues attending the Full Council meeting scheduled to take place on Thursday, 5 September are urged to arrive at the venue, through the Church Walk entrance on 263 Dr Pixley KaIsaka Seme Street at 8am sharp.
This will assist in ensuring a smooth media accreditation process for those who have RSVP’d, before they are ushered to their reserved seating.
Media colleagues are advised that given the intense media interest in the Full Council meeting, limited seating is available for broadcast media in the main auditorium only. Seating will be provided for the majority of media in the public gallery, where they will be able to view proceedings.
