EThekwini Municipality acknowledges the recent judgment handed down by the High Court in the matter between the eThekwini Ratepayers Protest Movement (ERPM) and the Municipality.

EThekwini Municipality respects the ruling of the Court and will comply fully with its directives. 

The Municipality appreciates the concerns raised by residents and reaffirms its commitment to resolving this matter responsibly, within the framework of the law, and in the best interest of both the City and its communities.

EThekwini Municipality remains committed to:
