EThekwini Mayor to Launch Easter Road Safety Campaign
Mayor Zandile Gumede will tomorrow, 18 April 2019, launch the City’s 2019 Easter Road Safety Awareness Campaign.
The City of eThekwini is a tourist destination which attracts a large number of local and international travellers during and beyond the Easter weekend.
The City’s Easter Road Safety awareness aims at tackling the high number of road traffic crashes recorded in the previous years.
Tomorrow’s procession will include an interaction of commuters, taxi operators at different long distance taxi ranks within the City to prioritise road safety.
