In his capacity as Chairperson of SANAC, Deputy President David Mabuza will on Tuesday, 11 June 2019 lead a march in Durban Central against human rights violations in response to HIV, TB and gender-related service barriers. Deputy President Mabuza will then launch South Africa’s Human Rights Plan at Gugu Dlamini Memorial Park (behind the Workshop Shopping Complex) in central Durban.

 

The launch will serves as a precursor to the 9th SA AIDS Conference scheduled for 11 to 14 June at Durban’s ICC.

 

The Deputy President will be joined by other government officials, civil society and development partners. Members of the media are invited to cover the march and launch as follows:
