City's Business Fair Pays Yet Another Dividend for Seven Companies Due to Export To Reunion

Durban-based companies will for the first time export their products and services to the Reunion Island on Wednesday, 11 November 2020. Thanks to the eThekwini's relentless campain of securing international markets for domestic industries.

Based in Riverhorse Valley Business Park, these entities are Minnies Sauces, Spice Emporium, Themolink Projects, OnduRoofing, USE-IT, Aya Balm, Charcoal and Smith, Upfront Distribution and ThubaEnviro Eco-Tours (PTY) LTD.

Mayor Mxolisi Kaunda said it is elating to see hard work yielding positive results. “The inward buying mission demonstrate the strong potential of niche exports for Durban-based manufacturers. This comes handy as we are hard at work to rejuvenate our economy after being battered by Covid 19. This will benefit residents on among others skills transfer, job creation and improved balance of trade for KwaZulu-Natal and South Africa,” said Mayor Kaunda.

Members of the media are invited to attend and report on this milestone.

Details are as follows.

Date: 11 November 2020
Time: 10:00
Venue: 29, Island Circle, Riverhorse Valley Estate
