The Mayor of eThekwini Municipality, Cllr Zandile Gumede will be presenting the City’s R50.6bn Budget speech for the 2019-20 financial years.
The Budget speech is a culmination of the two month long public consultation process.
During which both the administrative and political leaders had an opportunity to engage and listen to the views, concerns, challenges and praises of more than 25 000 residents, businesses and stakeholders at regional and sector engagements.
