The public is hereby informed of a scheduled service interruption of the City’s mobile app due to an essential upgrade. The upgrade is planned for Friday, 11 October from 8am to 12pm. This update is crucial to improve the app’s functionality and enhance the overall user experience. 

All app users will receive push notifications prompting them to update the app on their devices. During the upgrade period, customers are advised to visit the City’s customer service centres for any assistance required. 

The City apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
