What is a Water violation?

A water violation is an act that leads to the consumption of water in an illegal way and results in the water that is consumed not being paid for by the person or company that is consuming it.

What can I do about it?

If you think that someone is illegally connected to the water network, has bypassed their water meter, is taking water from a neighbour’s connection, etc, please tell us.  Any information you give us will be treated in the strictest confidence.
