The ETA Transport Area

The ETA has initiated and is undergoing a Strategic and Business Planning process, in which the organisation's vision, mission, values, key issues, objectives, goals, strategies, action plans, and responsibilities, have been defined and will be reviewed continually.

This process also includes the identification and definition of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and critical success factors (CSFs).

Refer to the Strategic Plan for the eThekwini Transport Authority, 2004 2009 for more detail.
