doors or floor boards or to remove any fittings or casings.
(4) Subject to the provisions of section 5(1) and section 13(1), the
Engineer shall connect or authorise the connection of the installation
to the supply main.
(5) Deleted.

section shall in no way relieve the electrical contractor concerned of
any responsibility or liability for defects in the electrical
installation, or operate as a guarantee that the work on such
installation has been carried out efficiently.
