Special ContractsWhen in conflict with other laws Where the provisions of these By-laws conflict with the terms and
conditions of any agreement for the supply of electricity concluded by
the Council under the authority conferred by paragraphs (d), (e) and
(f) of Section 180 of the Local Government Ordinance, 1942 (Ordinance
No. 21 of 1942), or any amendment thereof, the terms and conditions of
such agreement shall prevail. |
