What we do

Design and project manage new capital projects, including infrastructure for:

• Urban renewal and economic development projects.
• Tourism and beachfront projects.
• Sport fields and recreation facilities.
• Cemeteries and informal trade facilities.
• Engineering services for housing development.
• Overseeing engineering co-ordination of integrated  provision of engineering infrastructure for development projects by multiple departments.

Regulation of Engineering Services Requirements, and Quality Control of Implementation, for the provisions of Engineering Services by private developers for:

• Residential sub-divisional development schemes
• Industrial development schemes
• Commercial development schemes
