  • Develop the Pavement Management System to cover all roads in the Municipality.
  • Complement the Housing programme
  • Review Service Delivery mechanisms
  • Involvement in the development of a  Single Integrated Roads Plan across all spheres of government, by the Transport Authority
  • Implement the Council elements of the above.
