Filling in the application form

The application form consists of part A and part B

Companies wishing to claim preference points (Black Economic Empowerment (BEE), Local, SMME, etc.) must fill out both parts A and B. 

Companies not wanting to claim any preference points should fill in part A.

On successful completion, a company will be granted full accreditation. Quote the allocated vendor number in all correspondence.

Supporting documentation

• Valid tax clearance certificate
• Owner(s) ID documents
• Company registration certificate (such as CK document)
• Company letterhead
• Cancelled cheque or latest bank statement
• Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) registration document (where applicable).

Audited financial statements and share certificates may be requested from the company.
