Calling All Metro Club Members06 May, 2008 The April edition of MetroBeat called on all Metro Club members to nominate fellow Club members whom they would like to see represent them on the Metro Trust. The closing date for nominations has been extended to 30 May 2008. All you need to do is fill out this form and post it to Metro Club, PO Box 5588, Durban, 4001 or drop it off at the Communications Department, City Hall, Church Walk entrance, West Street, Durban. You can also log onto www.durban.gov.za and complete the application. Remember that only Metro Club members are eligible to nominate and to be nominated. Club members are restricted to one nomination per person only. Gender, race and disability will be considered during the selection process. To qualify both you and your nominee must be over 18 years of age, have no criminal record and not insolvent. Click here to fill out the application form |
