Retired Professional Engineers/Technologists

The eThekwini Municipality is seeking to engage retired Engineers and Technologists in the Civil, Electrical, Chemical and Mechanical Engineering fields, on a consultancy basis for a specified contract period. The primary focus will be the mentoring and development of relevant technical staff and the management of specific technical projects in the particular field.

Applicants must have a relevant Engineering qualification and be registered as Professional Engineers or Professional Technologists with the Engineering Council of South Africa, or alternatively must have held such registration within the last five years.
