A. Green Fees

(1) (a) 18-hole course at Windsor Park

(i) On Mondays to Fridays (excluding public

holidays) R39,00

(ii) On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays R47,00

(b) Mashie Courts at Windsor park : 9 holes R13,00

(c) 18-hole course at Papwa Sewgolum

(i) On Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) R28,00

(ii) On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays R37,00

(2) Twilight Golf

April to September - after 14h30

October to March - after 15h30

(i) Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) R27,00

(ii) Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays R37,00

(3) (a) Special green fees for students and scholars 50% of the charge

under items (1)(a),

(1)(b) (excluding

Saturdays, Sundays

and public holidays),

(1)(c) and (2).

(b) Special green fees for persons playing in junior

golf tournaments organised by the South African

Golf Foundation and approved by the Director,

Parks, Recreation and Beaches on days other than

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays R15,00

(c) 9 hole Mashie Course at Windsor Park Special

green fees for persons playing in accredited golf

development programmes R6,00

(4) Special green fees payable by:

(i) A South African citizen who is either an old-age pensioner

a war veteran pensioner, or a disability grantee; and

(ii) Any person who is in possession of valid senior citizen's

identity card issued to him by the Council;

(a) 18-hole course at Windsor Park or Papwa Sewgolum

(excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) R19,00

(b) 9-hole course at Windsor Park or Papwa Sewgolum

up to 10h00 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and

public holidays) R11,00

(c) 9-hole Mashie course at Windsor Park (excluding

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) R7,00

(5) Whenever any portion of an 18-hole course is unplayable for

any reason, the green fees payable in respect of the

remainder of the course shall be determined by the Director

of Parks, Recreation and Beaches in consultation with the

City Treasurer.

(6) 18-hole course at Papwa Sewgolum Golf Course:

Special green fees per player for groups of 40 players

or more teeing off in groups of 4 at 7 minutes interval

without interruption.
