Paying bills at post office halted
ETHEKWINI Municipality urges customers to temporarily stop paying their Municipal bills at the South
African Post Office. The Post Office is experiencing technical difficulties. Customers can use alternative methods of payment like paying at a selected list of retailers, Sizakala Customer Service Centres, or via EFT or Masterpass.

Customers that have already paid at the post office between 23 July and 23 August and have noticed
that their payment has not reflected on their Municipal bill, can call the City’s contact centre. The call centre number is 080 311 11 11. Customers will be advised once the issue has been resolved.
