​The third annual Durban Chemical Cluster Business Accelerator will take place at the Capital Pearls Hotel in uMhlanga on 9 to10 December.

This initiative by the Durban Chemical Cluster expedites the growth of small businesses through affordable financial solutions and assists established businesses source potential suppliers and innovators. The programme is funded by NCS Resins and the Ferro Group. 

Selected candidates will be invited to a preparatory session in uMhlanga and approved candidates will thereafter go through a rigorous support and mentorship programme. In addition to the assisted financial loan, a cash grant is offered to leading businesses to jumpstart their innovative projects.

The winner will receive R50 000, the first runner up R25 000 and second runner up will receive R10 000.
