Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Scheme, the Council may erect buildings required for Municipal purposes or lay drains, pipes, wires or cables on, through, over or under any land in accordance with the provisions of the Local Authorities Ordinance No. 25 of 1974 as amended from time to time or of any other law.16/09/1991
