In partnership with its Sister City Leeds City Council, the eThekwini Municipality together with Steve
Tshwete obtained collaborative funding from the CLGF to embark on Business support and Supply chain best practices since 2009 to 2011.
This was aimed at collaborative local government capacity building and share of best practice to help to improve service delivery.
